CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jevin is the Chief Executive Officer of SNH Capital Partners. Jevin oversees SNH’s management of investment activities, organizational strategy and firm governance.
Prior to SNH’s founding, Jevin started and served as Chief Executive Officer of HRA, a real estate and publishing company providing information and data on residential real estate in major metro markets in California. Recognizing the technological transformation of data transmission to business consumers in the mid 1990s, Jevin led SNH’s first investment in National Credit Center, a data driven company leveraging credit and financial attributes that fuel customer decisions for retail automotive customers. Since SNH’s inception in 1995, Jevin has played an active role in the sourcing, management, and oversight of each of SNH’s investments. He serves on the boards advising multiple portfolio companies and is a member of SNH’s Investment, Compensation and Valuation Committees. Given his personal interest in support of underprivileged children, Jevin is also a strong proponent of exploring the business opportunities presented in developing countries, and currently supports several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and families both in the U.S. and internationally.
Aditya is a Principal with SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Aditya was with the CPP Investment Board (CPPIB), one of the world’s largest sovereign pension plans, based in New York, and was formerly with Grey Mountain Partners, based in Boulder, Colorado. Aditya has led deal teams through sourcing, diligence and underwriting across the technology, energy, manufacturing and consumer sectors. In addition, Aditya was an MBA Associate at 3i Private Equity, based in New York, an Associate with Perseus, based in Washington, DC, and an Investment Banking Analyst with Citigroup, based in New York.
Aditya received his MBA from Columbia Business School, Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Alex is a Vice President focused on private equity investments. He works on a variety of deal structures including growth-equity, buyouts, and rollups.
Alex was formerly the Senior Director within the Business Strategy and Transformation group at SNH, responsible for implementing SNH’s proprietary operating strategies and business intelligence throughout its portfolio companies. Also serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for SNH, Alex partnered with portfolio companies on in-depth financial analysis and modeling. Prior to joining SNH, Alex served as Director of Development for On The Record Sports Inc., a sports-focused social networking start-up company. At Upper Deck Company, Alex was a strategic leader working on deals with athletes, agents, and licensing properties.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an Accounting emphasis.
VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As Vice President, Business Development, John cultivates relationships with founders, CEOs, and boards seeking partnership with SNH in their go-forward growth plans. In that capacity, John maintains active outreach within SNH’s core expertise vertical areas and facilitates communication between these executives and the investment team.
John has been a leader in business development at various SNH portfolio companies since 1999. John received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing and finance, from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He has held a Broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate since 2008. John also serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Business & Finance (“IBF”), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing more skillful and prepared financial services leaders.
Beau is a Senior Associate with SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Beau was an Associate with Sheridan Capital Partners, a mid-market healthcare private equity fund based in Chicago where he worked on 3 platform transactions and 17 add-on transactions. Previously, Beau was an Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York.
Beau received his MBA in Finance and Health Care Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
In his free time, Beau enjoys indoor cycling, alpine skiing, and French literature.
Jake is an Associate on the Investment Team at SNH Capital Partners.
Before his role as Associate, Jake was a Portfolio Analyst where he was responsible for public market valuations, investments, and portfolio management. Prior to that, he founded a Las Vegas-based organization that provided data-driven, cross-channel customer acquisition services to various industries in the U.S.
Jake graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Communications. He is an avid golfer, runner, and father.
Constantin is a Senior Analyst with the investment team. He formerly served as a Trader & Portfolio Operations Analyst for the Investment Counsel Company of Nevada. Constantin received his Bachelor of Science from UNLV.

BUSINESS STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION – DATA & ANALYTICS
As Business Strategy & Transformation Analyst within the BST group, Abagale is part of the team that implements value creation initiatives across portfolio companies.
Abagale received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at the University of Texas at Austin. In her free time she enjoys weight lifting, baking, and drawing. She is also a utility patent holder.
SENIOR ADVISOR AND GENERAL COUNSEL
In his role as Senior Advisor and General Counsel, Alan W. Faigin consults on legal processes for mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment matters and risk management. He also serves on the boards of various portfolio companies.
Prior to joining SNH, Alan served as General Counsel for a publicly-traded financial services company overseeing both insurance and banking acquisitions. Subsequently, he was appointed interim CEO and successfully sold over $10 billion of bank assets. He has acted as Chief Restructuring Officer in the operation and sale of several large distressed companies.
Alan is a graduate of the University of California (San Diego) and Loyola Law School (Los Angeles). He is licensed to practice law in California.
BUSINESS STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION – SENIOR ENGAGEMENT LEADER, OPERATIONS, REVENUE OPTIMIZATION
In his role as Business Strategy & Transformation – Senior Engagement Leader, Operations, Revenue Optimization, Chad Smith leads BST team members on value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. Using Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies, Chad provides hands-on analysis and oversight on process improvement projects, strategic initiatives, and business intelligence. Chad also serves as an advisor and consultant to the investment team.
Prior to joining SNH, Chad served as Director of Business Process Improvement at Bridgepoint Education, a San Diego-based, for-profit education services company. A Los Angeles native, Chad holds a Master of Business Administration and Management from Ashford University, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University. In addition, Chad received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from San Diego State University.
BUSINESS STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION – BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, REVENUE OPTIMIZATION
As Business Strategy & Transformation – Business Intelligence, Revenue Optimization within the BST group, Cory is part of the team that designs and implements the SNH Business Intelligence platform. Prior to joining SNH, Cory served as the Operations/Business Analyst for Athena Cosmetics Inc. In that capacity, he was responsible for providing ongoing reporting and analysis to Executive Management. Additionally, he implemented new systems for gathering labor and cost data, as well as built out a suite of operational scorecards and metrics that provided insight to capacity utilization, resource planning, and cost efficiencies. Cory obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Danielle is responsible for partnering with portfolio company executives to align on operations and strategy prioritization.
Prior to assuming her current position with SNH, Danielle served as Vice President of Corporate Development, where she provided leadership focused on corporate acquisitions and strategy. Prior to assuming that position, Danielle served as Corporate Director assigned to a leadership role with portfolio company SettlementOne Screening, which she later reverse merged into SNH portfolio company, People Facts. In that operational role, Danielle’s responsibilities included sales, daily operations, client relations and operational strategy.
Danielle’s professional history also includes tenures as Territory Manager for Fujifilm/SonoSite Inc., where she led business development and successfully launched a new division concentrating on internal medicine; in addition, she previously served as Director of Marketing for a San Diego-based land acquisition firm.
A native of Sacramento, Danielle graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Business Marketing Communications from San Diego State University.
CHIEF OF STAFF
In her role as Chief of Staff, Emily is responsible for driving strategic cross-functional initiatives and ensuring that company commitments and priorities are being executed. Emily communicates with Senior Executives and managers across the organization and serves as the central point of contact for all Internal Communications.
Prior to joining SNH, Emily was a practicing attorney. During her legal career, Emily was a federal magistrate judge law clerk, state prosecutor, and civil defense litigator. In 2017, she co-founded software firm Juristech LLC, which provides a digital keyboard designed for lawyers.
Emily holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles—School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University.
BUSINESS STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION – SENIOR ENGAGEMENT LEADER, SALES GROWTH
In his role as Senior Engagement Leader, Sales Growth, John Lippert partners with portfolio companies to create growth strategies, grow market share, and gain new customers.
Prior to joining SNH, John’s career included over 25 years of experience in business development, sales management, sales operations, management consulting, and complex sales solutions. Most recently, he served as Vice President at an outsourced sales provider helping companies develop, manage, and execute sales.
John earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Campbell University, which he attended on a NCAA Division I baseball scholarship. An avid learner, John has attended numerous trainings, seminars, and personal growth courses, including the Corporate Visions Sales Training and the Dr. Gerald Bell Leadership Series at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Business School.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Josh is the Director of Marketing at SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Josh was a Senior Marketing Manager for a web hosting company and held various other marketing leadership roles focused on lead generation and marketing analytics. Josh received his degree from the University of Kentucky in Integrated Strategic Communications with a Minor in Marketing.
In his free time, he enjoys camping with his family and experiencing Austin’s live music scene.
DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMENT
As SNH’s Director of Asset Management, Kristin oversees corporate real estate functions, including leadership of the planning and development of facility projects–from their inception to completion—and ensuring they are in full compliance with corporate policies and standards.
Prior to assuming her current position, Kristin worked for San Diego-based Sackett Business Group (SBG) where she worked with investment staff to oversee real estate and venture capital investments.
BUSINESS STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION – STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT
In her role as Business Strategy & Transformation – Strategic Procurement, Taniya is responsible for leading sourcing, purchasing and procurement to optimize financial savings and drive efficiencies across SNH’s portfolio. These include performing cost analyses by company, using industry benchmarks, negotiating with external vendors, and reporting key functional metrics to facilitate long-term expense control and reduction.
Prior to joining SNH, Taniya worked at EA Health and Quality Built, both in San Diego, CA.
