CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jevin is the Chief Executive Officer of SNH Capital Partners. Jevin oversees SNH’s management of investment activities, organizational strategy and firm governance.
Prior to SNH’s founding, Jevin started and served as Chief Executive Officer of HRA, a real estate and publishing company providing information and data on residential real estate in major metro markets in California. Recognizing the technological transformation of data transmission to business consumers in the mid 1990s, Jevin led SNH’s first investment in National Credit Center, a data driven company leveraging credit and financial attributes that fuel customer decisions for retail automotive customers. Since SNH’s inception in 1995, Jevin has played an active role in the sourcing, management, and oversight of each of SNH’s investments. He serves on the boards advising multiple portfolio companies and is a member of SNH’s Investment, Compensation and Valuation Committees. Given his personal interest in support of underprivileged children, Jevin is also a strong proponent of exploring the business opportunities presented in developing countries, and currently supports several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and families both in the U.S. and internationally.
Aditya is a Principal with SNH Capital Partners.
Prior to joining SNH, Aditya was with the CPP Investment Board (CPPIB), one of the world’s largest sovereign pension plans, based in New York, and was formerly with Grey Mountain Partners, based in Boulder, Colorado. Aditya has led deal teams through sourcing, diligence and underwriting across the technology, energy, manufacturing and consumer sectors. In addition, Aditya was an MBA Associate at 3i Private Equity, based in New York, an Associate with Perseus, based in Washington, DC, and an Investment Banking Analyst with Citigroup, based in New York.
Aditya received his MBA from Columbia Business School, Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As Vice President, Business Development, John cultivates relationships with founders, CEOs, and boards seeking partnership with SNH in their go-forward growth plans. In that capacity, John maintains active outreach within SNH’s core expertise vertical areas and facilitates communication between these executives and the investment team.
John has been a leader in business development at various SNH portfolio companies since 1999. John received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing and finance, from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He has held a Broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate since 2008. John also serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Business & Finance (“IBF”), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing more skillful and prepared financial services leaders.
Adam Gravitt is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team at SNH Capital Partners. Adam is involved across multiple areas including sourcing, deal execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining SNH, Adam was an Investment Banking Senior Associate at Raymond James in New York City, where he specialized in sourcing and executing Mergers and Acquisitions for the Water sector.
Adam received his MBA from Columbia Business School and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is an avid skier and fly fisherman, having previously worked at Vail Ski Resort.
Jake is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team at SNH Capital Partners.
Before his role as Senior Associate, Jake was a Portfolio Analyst where he was responsible for public market valuations, investments, and portfolio management. Prior to that, he founded a Las Vegas-based organization that provided data-driven, cross-channel customer acquisition services to various industries in the U.S.
Jake graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Communications. He is an avid golfer, runner, and father.
Abagale is an Analyst on the Investment Team.
Prior to her role on the Investment Team, Abagale focused on data and analytics on the Business Strategy and Transformation team at SNH Capital Partners, implementing value creation initiatives through technology across the portfolio companies.
Abagale received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at the University of Texas at Austin. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, baking cookies, and drawing. She is also a utility patent holder.
Business Strategy & Transformation
MANAGING DIRECTOR, BUSINESS STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION
In his role as Business Strategy & Transformation (BST) Leader, Matt works directly with portfolio company executives to identify value creation opportunities and leads the BST in value capture activities. He also advises the Investment team on future portfolio opportunities.
Previous to SNH, Matt was at McKinsey & Company advising clients and leading practice operations across a wide range of functional areas (from manufacturing to customer experience) in a wide range of industries (from banking to mining). In between stints at McKinsey, Matt was the VP of Supply Strategy and Capital Projects at Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company, where he led multi-year capital programs, all aspects of continuous improvement, and the Supply PMO. Matt started his career in the US Navy, as a submarine officer.
Matt is a US Naval Academy graduate and has a master’s degree from Old Dominion University.
SENIOR ENGAGEMENT LEADER, FINANCE
Alex is a Senior Engagement Leader of Finance partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and investment decisions. He wears the CFO hat for several businesses during the investment phase to help maximize value creation activities.
Alex was formerly a Vice President on the Investment Team working on a variety of deal structures including growth-equity, buyouts, and rollups. In prior leadership roles within the Business Strategy and Transformation group at SNH, he was responsible for implementing SNH’s proprietary operating strategies and business intelligence throughout its portfolio companies. Also serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for SNH, Alex partnered with portfolio companies on in-depth financial analysis and modeling. Prior to joining SNH, Alex served as Director of Development for On The Record Sports Inc., a sports-focused social networking start-up company. At Upper Deck Company, Alex was a strategic leader working on deals with athletes, agents, and licensing properties.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an Accounting emphasis.
SENIOR ENGAGEMENT LEADER, SALES & GROWTH
Brandon leads the sales & growth efforts within the Business Strategy & Transformation team at SNH, helping to develop repeatable, scalable revenue growth.
Previous to SNH, Brandon worked as an Outsourced Chief Revenue Officer for 15 different B2B companies in Technology, Energy, Finance, and Construction. He has scaled revenue growth teams from 5 to 100, grown revenue from 5 to 100+ Million, managed Fortune 50 regions of up to $500 Million, and has managed growth companies through numerous M&A transactions. Brandon has extensive experience overseeing various revenue-related functions, from marketing to sales, revenue operations, customer success, and pricing.
Brandon’s hobbies include hiking, snow skiing, and travel. He also loves spending time with his two boys.
ENGAGEMENT LEADER, SALES & GROWTH
Sam Monreal is a sales, business development, and revenue growth leader with extensive experience in solving real business needs. In his role at SNH Capital Partners, Sam leads sales and revenue growth efforts for new initiatives and our portfolio companies.
Recently, Sam was a senior leader and lead negotiator at Realtor.com where he oversaw the largest portfolio of real estate and mortgage consumer opportunities in the US.
Sam has held leadership roles or led consulting engagements in enterprise sales and revenue growth for multiple firms including Spredfast (now Khoros), Mineralsoft (now Enverus), AllClear ID (now Experian), Homelight, Dominion Enterprises, The Heyl Group, and others.
ENGAGEMENT LEADER, PRICING
Nico is an Engagement Leader of Pricing on the BST team. Recognized as the subject matter expertise in areas of revenue optimization, Nico advises company leadership on delivering strategic pricing and execution with tangible improvements in topline growth.
Nico joins SNH with more than 15 years of experience in pricing and revenue executive management, product management, corporate strategy, business model development, and data analytics. Nico’s background spans globally across multiple industries including commercial airlines, e-commerce, digital real estate, finance, and consulting.
Nico graduated from California State University Fullerton, top-ranked in finance and later received his Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Nurtingen University.
SENIOR CONSULTANT, DIGITAL OPERATIONS
Matt is a Senior Consultant of Digital Operations on the BST team. In this role, Matt advises portfolio company leadership on implementing and operating technology solutions aimed to drive process efficiencies, improve decision making, and enhance the user experience.
Prior to joining SNH, Matt spent 8 years at Deloitte Consulting supporting clients on a variety of technology strategy projects with the common theme of the projects being technology modernization and process improvement.
Matt moved from Washington, DC to Austin, TX to pursue his MBA at the University of Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from the University of Maryland.
SENIOR CONSULTANT, STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT
In her role as Senior Consultant, Strategic Procurement, Taniya is responsible for leading sourcing, purchasing and procurement to optimize financial savings and drive efficiencies across SNH’s portfolio. These include performing cost analyses by company, using industry benchmarks, negotiating with external vendors, and reporting key functional metrics to facilitate long-term expense control and reduction.
Prior to joining SNH, Taniya worked at EA Health and Quality Built, both in San Diego, CA.
SENIOR CONSULTANT, TALENT ACQUISITION
Tracie is Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition as part of the BST team at SNH Capital Partners. In her role, she partners with the leadership team to strategically recruit top talent.
Tracie has 20+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, and has specialized in a number of industries including mortgage, banking, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. She’s placed approximately 100 placements in the last 4 years.
Tracie loves mountain biking and is a recovering marathoner who currently provides marathon and half-marathon training to kids and adults.
CONSULTANT, TALENT ACQUISITION
Gaby is a Consultant, Talent Acquisition as part of the BST team at SNH Capital Partners. In her role, she assists company leadership with recruitment efforts such as sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Prior to joining SNH, Gaby was a Director of Talent Acquisition, supporting offices in multiple states with recruitment efforts for high level and senior management roles. Gaby received her degree from the University of Mississippi in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration.
In her free time, Gaby enjoys spending time with her dogs, going out on Lake Travis, and traveling and experiencing new cultures.
Andrew is a Business Intelligence, Operations, and Analytics Consultant for the Business Strategy & Transformation (BST) team. In his role, Andrew helps operationalize multiple playbook areas and Business Intelligence engagements.
Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Austin.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his dogs and exercising.
CONSULTANT, DIGITAL OPERATIONS
Erik’s role on the BST team encompasses the analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions that add value, reduce costs, and mitigate risk for SNH and its portfolio companies.
With 20+ years of solution architecture, cloud computing, and software development experience, Erik’s background in multiple industries and disciplines provides a solid foundation on which to build both customized and off-the-shelf software and web applications.
Erik’s hobbies include tabletop role playing games, attending live shows, and keeping up with the latest technology trends.
CONSULTANT, DIGITAL OPERATIONS
Jon is a DevOps Consultant within the Digital Operations playbook of the BST team. His role involves designing and implementing technical solutions that drive efficiencies, automate manual processes, leverage emerging technologies, and improve the user experience.
Prior to joining SNH, Jon spent 10 years designing, building, and maintaining automation tools in the property appraisal and valuation market. He brings over 25 years of experience in DevOps, software development, and Agile methodologies.
Jon is an avid photography hobbyist and gourmet cook.
Danielle is responsible for partnering with portfolio company executives to align on operations and strategy prioritization.
Prior to assuming her current position with SNH, Danielle served as Vice President of Corporate Development, where she provided leadership focused on corporate acquisitions, and Corporate Director, assigned to a leadership role with SettlementOne. In that operational role, Danielle’s responsibilities included sales, daily operations, client relations and operational strategy. Prior to SNH, Danielle led business development and marketing with Fujifilm/SonoSite Inc. and a San Diego-based land acquisition firm.
A native of Sacramento, Danielle graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Business Marketing Communications from San Diego State University.
SENIOR ADVISOR AND GENERAL COUNSEL
In his role as Senior Advisor and General Counsel, Alan W. Faigin consults on legal processes for mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment matters and risk management. He also serves on the boards of various portfolio companies.
Prior to joining SNH, Alan served as General Counsel for a publicly-traded financial services company overseeing both insurance and banking acquisitions. Subsequently, he was appointed interim CEO and successfully sold over $10 billion of bank assets. He has acted as Chief Restructuring Officer in the operation and sale of several large distressed companies.
Alan is a graduate of the University of California (San Diego) and Loyola Law School (Los Angeles). He is licensed to practice law in California.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Constantin is a Director of Finance with the investment team. He formerly served as a Trader & Portfolio Operations Analyst for the Investment Counsel Company of Nevada. Constantin received his Bachelor of Science from UNLV.
CHIEF OF STAFF
In her role as Chief of Staff, Emily oversees the administrative and operational functions of the firm. She is responsible for driving strategic cross-functional initiatives and ensuring that company commitments and priorities are executed.
Prior to joining SNH in 2017, Emily was a practicing attorney. During her legal career, Emily was a federal magistrate judge law clerk, state prosecutor, and civil defense litigator.
Emily holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles—School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, Nevada, and Arizona.
ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL
As Associate General Counsel, Jordan advises on all aspects of the firm’s legal operations and aids the Investment Team in connection with the firm’s mergers & acquisitions activities.
Prior to joining SNH, Jordan was a mergers & acquisitions and private equity attorney in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented private and public companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in a broad range of complex transactions and corporate governance matters, with a primary focus in the energy sector. Before joining Kirkland, Jordan was an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
A native Austinite, Jordan received his B.A. in Economics from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
SENIOR DIRECTOR, BUSINESS & ADMINISTRATION
As Senior Director, Business & Administration, Tom is responsible to develop and execute cross organizational business initiatives with commitment to operational excellence throughout SNH.
Prior to joining SNH, Tom worked at Creer Consulting Group, Zayo Group, AboveNet Communications, Metromedia Fiber Network, and MCI holding various senior management positions. He brings over 20 years of experience across disciplines of real estate and facility management, finance and bankruptcy consultancy, merger & acquisitions due diligence and integration, and technical operations.
Tom received his MBA from Villanova University and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
