Andrew Wright

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Andrew is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at SNH Capital Partners, where he partners with the CEO and portfolio company leadership to drive value creation across the portfolio. From operational improvements and growth transformation to go-to-market strategy and AI/ML initiatives, Andrew accelerates strategic priorities and delivers end-to-end solutions.

Prior to this role, Andrew served as Principal at SNH AI, leading the Vanguard unit focused on applied AI, machine learning, and automation. In this role, he designed and delivered end-to-end business solutions—turning research ideas into functional prototypes, MVPs, and operational products at scale. He began his career as a Research Engineer in computational neuroscience at The University of Texas at Austin, studying neural population dynamics and the mathematical patterns underlying learning and memory.

Andrew holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient.
