Jordan Silverman

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Jordan advises on all aspects of the firm’s legal operations and aids the Investment Team in connection with the firm’s mergers & acquisitions activities.

Prior to joining SNH, Jordan was a mergers & acquisitions and private equity attorney in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented private and public companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in a broad range of complex transactions and corporate governance matters, with a primary focus in the energy sector. Before joining Kirkland, Jordan was an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

A native Austinite, Jordan received his B.A. in Economics from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
