Jevin is a Managing Director and CEO of SNH Capital Partners. Jevin oversees SNH’s investment activities, organizational strategy, firm governance and leadership to the Business Strategy and Transformation Group. Since its founding in 1996, Jevin has played an active role in each of SNH’s investments. He is an active board member of National Credit Center, Sperian Energy, SettlementOne, Sackett Business Group (SBG) and is a current member of SNH’s Investment Committee. Given his personal interest in support of underprivileged children, Jevin is also a strong proponent of exploring the business opportunities presented in developing countries, and currently supports a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and families both in the U.S., and internationally.

John received his Bachelors and a Masters in Business Administration from James Madison University.

Susan is a Principal in the Private Equity group.  She most recently served as Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group where she provided strategic and financial advisory services to public and private companies in the technology, software and eCommerce sectors.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Susan was a co-founder and Managing Director of ArchPoint Partners, LLC, a boutique investment bank focused on providing strategic and financial advisory services to technology and software companies. She has executed numerous transactions for public and private companies in the technology sector.  Susan’s extensive investment banking background includes mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity issues and debt transactions. She has completed transactions with leading private equity sponsors and venture capital firms, as well as strategic transactions with global corporations, including IBM, Intuit Inc., McKesson Corp., Verisk Analytics, Inc., Infineon Technologies AG, British Telecommunications, Virgin Mobile, and Google.

Prior to founding ArchPoint, Susan worked for Montgomery & Co., where she sourced, evaluated and executed mergers and capital raises for growth companies in the software and technology sectors. Before joining Montgomery, she was a Managing Director at The NASDAQ Stock Market. Prior to that she was a Vice President in investment banking at JPMorgan, where she executed several billion dollars in M&A transactions and equity and debt transactions with clients in the technology, media, and telecom sectors. Ms. Blanco started her banking career as an associate at Hambrecht & Quist. She has a technology operations background and worked in the storage industry in a variety of international and domestic business development roles.

Susan holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University.  She speaks English and French and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She enjoys international travel, skiing, cooking, SoulCycle, Pilates, and can frequently be found at SFMOMA or the opera.

Susan is passionately committed to social impact in the Bay Area and serves on the Board of Directors of the Second Harvest Food Bank of San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties as Vice-Chairman of the board, as well as sitting on the Governance Committee and the Finance Committee.

In his role as Principal, Brian leads SNH’s equity syndication efforts, manages and develops relationships with external investors, and cultivates SNH’s network of relationships with investment banks, intermediaries and private equity sponsors.

Prior to joining SNH, Brian was a Principal at Blackstone where he was involved in raising capital for its private investment funds and co-investment activities. Prior to Blackstone, Brian was a Director at Deutsche Bank in the Corporate & Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions where he was involved in identifying and executing growth, strategic and turnaround opportunities within operating segments across key markets including the European Union, Switzerland, Japan, and the United States.

Brian received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.

Alex is currently involved with SNH portfolio companies PeopleFacts and NCC. Alex was formerly the Senior Director within the Business Strategy and Transformation group at SNH, responsible for implementing SNH’s proprietary operating strategies and business intelligence throughout its portfolio companies. Also serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for SNH, Alex partnered with portfolio companies on in-depth financial analysis and modeling.  Prior to joining SNH, Alex served as Director of Development for On The Record Sports Inc., a sports-focused social networking start-up company. At Upper Deck Company, Alex was a strategic leader working on deals with athletes, agents, and licensing properties. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an Accounting emphasis.

Travis received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University. In addition, Travis is a CFA Charterholder.

He has acted as Chief Restructuring Officer in the operation and sale of several large distressed companies.

Alan is a graduate of the University of California (San Diego) and Loyola Law School (Los Angeles). He is licensed to practice law in California.

Cory obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

John has a successful track record of more than 30 years spanning all aspects of finance and accounting. John began his professional career as a certified public accountant in California at Price Waterhouse, and then served for more than a decade as Second Vice President in charge of investment and accounting and real estate departments at First Capital Life Insurance Company. He later became the Group Chief Financial Officer for First Advantage and First American’s Consumer Information and Service Group, playing a key role in a significant number of acquisitions, divestitures and formation of joint ventures or strategic partnerships.

A graduate of San Diego State University, John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting.

Prior to joining SNH, Katerina spent over 16 years at McKinsey & Company, delivering organizational, strategic, and change management results across sales and marketing, digital transformation, product delivery, and client development. Katerina received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from St. Mary’s College of California.

Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

In her role as Procurement Manager for the Business Strategy & Transformation Team, Taniya is responsible for leading sourcing, purchasing and procurement to optimize financial savings and drive efficiencies across SNH’s portfolio. These include performing cost analyses by company using industry benchmarks, negotiating with external vendors, and reporting key functional metrics to facilitate long-term expense control and reduction.

Prior to joining SNH, Taniya worked at EA Health and Quality Built, both in San Diego, CA.

In her role as Procurement Manager for the Business Strategy & Transformation Team, Taniya is responsible for leading sourcing, purchasing and procurement to optimize financial savings and drive efficiencies across SNH’s portfolio.
