Jevin is a Managing Director and CEO of SNH Capital Partners. Jevin oversees SNH’s investment activities, organizational strategy, firm governance and leadership to the Business Strategy and Transformation Group. Since its founding in 1996, Jevin has played an active role in each of SNH’s investments. He is an active board member of National Credit Center, Sperian Energy, SettlementOne, Sackett Business Group (SBG) and is a current member of SNH’s Investment Committee. Given his personal interest in support of underprivileged children, Jevin is also a strong proponent of exploring the business opportunities presented in developing countries, and currently supports a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and families both in the U.S., and internationally.

Prior to taking Partner Emeritus status, John was dedicated to operational value creation, which spanned the full investment cycle from sourcing and due diligence to post-transaction integration and beyond, and had previously served as Chief Operating Officer with SNH, Inc.

With more than 25 years of directly related experience, John previously served as Senior Vice President at Core Logic, a leading provider of property financial/consumer information as well as data, analytics and business services. John was the President of the Credit and Transportation group of companies and managed a portfolio of 13 companies that regenerated $400M in revenue annually. In addition to his tenure at CoreLogic, John also served in several senior management roles with Equifax Credit Bureau affiliate Computer Sciences Corporation. John graduated from James Madison University with both his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Ajit serves as Partner Emeritus and Member of the Board of Managers of SNH Auto Group and SettlementOne. Ajit also services as a Member of the Board of Directors of Tomorrow Energy. During his active tenure with SNH, Ajit guided investment decisions by working to develop and implement investment themes as well as sourcing, developing, negotiating, and executing investment opportunities. In his previous capacities as CFO for several leading corporations, including SNH Capital Partners, Ajit’s areas of focus and expertise included mergers and acquisitions, development of internal financial controls, audits, and investments.

Before joining SNH, Ajit served as CEO of Emricap LLC, a consulting company assisting entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and private equity groups. Additionally, Robert partners with portfolio companies to create value and drive growth. 

Robert most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for SNH’s Automotive Group, which includes portfolio companies National Credit Center (NCC) and Promax. Robert joined NCC in late 2016. Ramya is a Vice President at SNH Capital Partners and leads sourcing, execution, and portfolio management in various SNH investment verticals, including human capital management.

Prior to joining SNH, Ramya deployed equity and debt capital toward high-growth, U.S.-based businesses at Austin-based Advantage Capital, one of the largest domestic double-bottom-line impact funds investing through federal and state public-private partnerships. Ramya previously spent eight years as a private equity investor at Seaport Capital in New York, evaluating, executing, and managing leveraged buyout deals. During her time at Seaport, Ramya was active in a number of mature and expansion-stage tech-enabled business services transactions, including control investments within digital outdoor media, cloud computing, and financial advisory third-party administration. Concurrent with these roles, she has served as a board director or observer at fifteen portfolio companies across a variety of industries.

Using Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies, Chad provides hands-on analysis and oversight on process improvement projects, strategic initiatives, and business intelligence. Chad also serves as an advisor and consultant to the investment team.

Prior to joining SNH, Chad served as Director of Business Process Improvement at Bridgepoint Education, a San Diego-based, for-profit education services company. A Los Angeles native, Chad holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University. In addition, Chad received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from San Diego State University.

Alex is a Senior Associate focused on private equity investments. He works on a variety of deal structures including growth-equity, buyouts, and rollups. Alex is currently involved with SNH portfolio companies PeopleFacts and NCC. Alex was formerly the Senior Director within the Business Strategy and Transformation group at SNH, responsible for implementing SNH’s proprietary operating strategies and business intelligence throughout its portfolio companies. Also serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for SNH, Alex partnered with portfolio companies on in-depth financial analysis and modeling.  Prior to joining SNH, Alex served as Director of Development for On The Record Sports Inc., a sports-focused social networking start-up company. At Upper Deck Company, Alex was a strategic leader working on deals with athletes, agents, and licensing properties. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an Accounting emphasis.

Prior to joining SNH, Alan served as General Counsel for a publicly-traded financial services company overseeing both insurance and banking acquisitions. Subsequently, he was appointed interim CEO and successfully sold over $10 billion of bank assets. He has acted as Chief Restructuring Officer in the operation and sale of several large distressed companies.

Alan is a graduate of the University of California (San Diego) and Loyola Law School (Los Angeles). He is licensed to practice law in California.

Prior to joining SNH, Cory served as the Operations/Business Analyst for Athena Cosmetics Inc. In that capacity, he was responsible for providing ongoing reporting and analysis to Executive Management. Additionally, he implemented new systems for gathering labor and cost data, as well as built out a suite of operational scorecards and metrics that provided insight to capacity utilization, resource planning, and cost efficiencies. Cory obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Emily holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles—School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University.

Roles prior to Regan include manager of investor relations at Highland Capital Management, Credit Analyst at JP Morgan Private Bank. Kyle began his career as an accountant in the Private Client Services group at PwC. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant and CFA charterholder. He serves on the board of Capital For Kids, a non-profit supporting organizations that educate, protect and support at-risk children in North Texas.

Katerina directs and augments SNH’s strategic capabilities through operational improvements, commercial analytics, business development, strategic procurement, information technology, and financial and organizational management.

Prior to joining SNH, Katerina spent over 16 years at McKinsey & Company, delivering organizational, strategic, and change management results across sales and marketing, digital transformation, product delivery, and client development. Katerina received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from St. Mary’s College of California.

As SNH’s Director of Asset Management, Kristin oversees corporate real estate functions, including leadership of the planning and development of facility projects--from their inception to completion—and ensuring they are in full compliance with corporate policies and standards.

Prior to assuming her current position, Kristin worked for San Diego-based Sackett Business Group (SBG) where she worked with investment staff to oversee real estate and venture capital investments.

In her role as Business Strategy & Transformation – Strategic Procurement, Taniya is responsible for leading sourcing, purchasing and procurement to optimize financial savings and drive efficiencies across SNH’s portfolio.
