Chad SmithBusiness Strategy & Transformation – Senior Engagement Leader, Operations, Revenue Optimization

    In his role as Business Strategy & Transformation – Engagement Leader, Operations, Revenue Optimization, Chad Smith leads BST team members on value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. Using Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies, Chad provides hands-on analysis and oversight on process improvement projects, strategic initiatives, and business intelligence. Chad also serves as an advisor and consultant to the investment team.

    Prior to joining SNH, Chad served as Director of Business Process Improvement at Bridgepoint Education, a San Diego-based, for-profit education services company. A Los Angeles native, Chad holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University. In addition, Chad received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from San Diego State University.
